Dear Patient, Much of healing is a process of undoing. Often it’s the things we do, and the ways we engage with the world, that make us sick. The ways we move. The things we eat and drink. The ways we cope. They can get us into trouble. And so we need some undoing.
I read somewhere, maybe a zen commentary, that in the west, everyday something is added; in the east, everyday something is taken away. This works especially well when considering health, education, goals, daily stresses and, of course, your post on undoing!

Yes. This one's especially poignant.
Thank you, my friend.
