Dear Patient,
Much of healing is a process of undoing.
Often it’s the things we do, and the ways we engage with the world, that make us sick. The ways we move. The things we eat and drink. The ways we cope. They can get us into trouble. And so we need some undoing.
Unlearning patterns.
Untangling knots.
Unearthing layers.
Untethering.
Unburdening.
Unpacking.
Jettisoning the load. Clearing the way. Deconstructing and letting go. Opening your hand to release, before receiving.
Yang cannot exist without yin.
Living a life of fullness necessitates emptying.
Acceptance requires surrender.
What needs undoing in your life?
Love and gratitude,

Yeeesssssszs
I read somewhere, maybe a zen commentary, that in the west, everyday something is added; in the east, everyday something is taken away. This works especially well when considering health, education, goals, daily stresses and, of course, your post on undoing!
