Dear Patient,
Today I’m celebrating six weeks of sending out these notes. I’ve loved reading your responses, seeing the shares online, and watching the little read hearts light up when you like a post. Thank you. Your eyes on the page, your interaction with the words—these moments mean the world to me.
Before starting the blog, I spent a couple of months writing notes, because I wanted to have a backlog in case I ran out of ideas. Turns out I didn’t need to worry. What I’ve learned through writing and sharing is that inspiration is everywhere. I wrote one of this week’s notes after a phone call with a new patient. Another idea came to me as I was eating a Reese’s peanut butter cup.
These notes have become a way for me to process all the data I take in during the day and make some sense of it all. Knowing that there’s a reader on the other end stretches me to write more deeply, more personally, more authentically. I’ve always envisioned these notes as paper airplanes, and I love imagining where they might land.
So thank you. I hope some inspiration finds its way to you today. If it does, I’d love to hear about it.
Love and gratitude,
Your Acupuncturist
P.S. If you’re enjoying these notes, please consider sharing them with a friend or two. I’d love to send a few more paper airplanes out into the world.
Really love your notes of healing and inspiration and always look forward to reading them.
You are loved and valued! Keep it going, sugar pie!!!
