Hello Readers, Happy Friday! It’s been over six months since I launched Notes from Your Acupuncturist, and today I’m announcing a change to my publishing schedule—starting next week, you’ll be hearing from me three days a week instead of five. Since launching in July 2021, I’ve written over 150 of these short notes. It’s a joy to write them and read your responses. But it’s an ambitious publishing schedule, which doesn’t allow much breathing room to explore some of the other features that Substack offers.
Just want to say thank you for the time and energy you put into posting these and videos in the past. It has been such a gift to be able to read these and watch your videos that help me on my journey of healing.
